Pro Tint Studio is a trading name of 78 Flux Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16760203, with its registered office at Unit 2, Annington Commercial Centre, Annington Road, Steyning, BN44 3WA. VAT Number: 504931701.
All legal obligations, contracts, and responsibilities for Pro Tint Studio services are held by 78 Flux Group Ltd.

2. Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions:

  • “Services” means all window film installations, consultations, quotations, and related work provided by Pro Tint Studio.

  • “Client” or “you” means the person or entity requesting Services.

  • “Agreement” means any contract formed between the Client and Pro Tint Studio for the provision of Services.

3. Acceptance of Terms
By using or ordering Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These Terms apply to all Services provided by Pro Tint Studio, whether requested online, via email, or in person.

4. Scope of Services
Pro Tint Studio provides professional installation of window films for residential and commercial properties, including but not limited to:

  • Heat-reducing films

  • Security/anti-burglary films

  • Privacy films

  • Decorative films
    All Services are performed under the authority of 78 Flux Group Ltd.

5. Quotations and Orders
All quotations are valid for the period specified unless otherwise stated. Services will commence only once a quotation has been accepted and any required deposit has been received.
Pro Tint Studio reserves the right to amend quotations in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including site conditions, material availability, or regulatory requirements.

6. Pricing and Payment
Prices are quoted in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated. Payment is due as specified on the quotation or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, full payment is required within 14 days of invoice date.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, cheque, or other methods agreed in writing. Ownership of materials remains with Pro Tint Studio until full payment is received.

7. Installation and Client Responsibilities
The Client must provide safe, reasonable, and timely access to the installation site and accurate information about the premises and windows.
Pro Tint Studio is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by inaccessible premises, incomplete preparation, or failure to follow installation instructions.
Installations will be carried out with reasonable care and in accordance with industry standards.

8. Warranties and Guarantees

  • Installation Guarantee: Pro Tint Studio provides a warranty of 12 months on the installation of window films, covering any defects caused by faulty workmanship.

  • Product Warranty: All window films carry manufacturer warranties, including durability, color retention, UV protection, and other specifications. These warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

  • The warranties do not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, natural wear and tear, or external factors beyond our control.

  • Clients should retain the manufacturer’s warranty documentation and the installation invoice for reference.

9. Limitation of Liability
Pro Tint Studio, as a trading name of 78 Flux Group Ltd, provides Services with reasonable skill and care.
Liability for direct losses caused by our negligence is limited to the total value of the Services provided.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of profit, loss of use, or damage not directly caused by the installation.

10. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued according to the quotation and in compliance with consumer protection laws.
Custom or bespoke film orders may be non-refundable.

11. Complaints Procedure
All complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days of service completion. Pro Tint Studio will investigate complaints promptly and aim to resolve all issues fairly.

12. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and materials provided by Pro Tint Studio remain the intellectual property of 78 Flux Group Ltd unless otherwise agreed in writing.

13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Trading Name Disclosure
Being a trading name of 78 Flux Group Ltd allows Pro Tint Studio to operate under its own brand while ensuring all legal, financial, and contractual responsibilities are backed by a registered company. This provides clients with both a personal service and a reliable, formal company structure.
