Pro Tint Studio specialises exclusively in window film solutions for buildings — residential and commercial.
We do not work with automotive films.
Our services help businesses address practical issues such as:
- excessive heat and glare
- lack of privacy
- safety and security concerns
You will not be expected to explain technical solutions, prepare quotations or manage installations.
All site visits, consultations, pricing and delivery are handled directly by the Project Lead.
The role - B2B Lead Generation & Appointment Setter
This role has one clear responsibility: to identify suitable business clients and arrange meetings between them and Pro Tint Studio.
You are not responsible for closing deals or delivering work.
What you will do
- Identify businesses that may benefit from window film solutions
- Make initial contact via phone, email, LinkedIn or other appropriate B2B communication channels
- Have short, professional conversations to assess interest
- Qualify leads (business premises, windows on site, decision-maker access)
- Arrange meetings with the Project Lead at Pro Tint Studio
- Pass on clear and accurate information about each opportunity
The focus is on quality and relevance, not aggressive selling.
What you will not do
- No pricing or quotations
- No technical advice
- No sales negotiations
- No site visits
- No project delivery
Once a meeting is booked, the Project Lead takes full control of the process.
How the collaboration works
This is a self-employed, B2B collaboration, not a permanent employment role.
- The role is fully remote and carried out independently
- Work is carried out remotely from your own workspace using your own equipment (with a company-provided mobile phone for client communication).
- There are no fixed working hours
- You manage your own time
- The collaboration is results-driven
- You may work with other clients or businesses at the same time
This setup is intentional and keeps responsibilities clear on both sides.
Representing Pro Tint Studio
You may:
- use a Pro Tint Studio email address
- represent the brand professionally
- describe your role as working with or representing Pro Tint Studio
For phone communication with clients, a Pro Tint Studio business mobile phone with a dedicated company number is provided.
This ensures professional communication and continuity of client contact within the company.
The role does not involve internal management titles or employment status.
Compensation structure
This collaboration uses a mixed reward model that recognises both effort and outcomes.
Appointment fee
A fixed, pre-agreed payment for each qualified and completed business meeting you arrange.
Sales commission
In addition, you will receive 10% commission on the net value of any project that results directly from a meeting you arranged, once the work has been confirmed and paid.
For larger or strategic projects, enhanced commission may be offered.
There is no earnings cap — income depends on the quality of opportunities you generate.
Payments and invoicing
- Payments are made against invoice
- Invoicing is agreed on a regular basis
